Brandenburg
Brandenburg is located in the north-east of Germany with the state capital Potsdam, bordering Berlin to the south-west. It borders Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to the north, the Republic of Poland to the east, Saxony to the south and Saxony-Anhalt to the west.The main economic sectors in Brandenburg are agriculture, energy, aerospace industry, tourism and the film industry. More than one third of Brandenburg's territory is covered by nature parks, forests, lakes and water areas. Brandenburg is the most water-rich state in Germany.
In addition to the state capital Potsdam, Cottbus, Brandenburg an der Havel and Frankfurt (Oder) are other large cities where many people live and where rents have risen steadily in recent years. Shared flats among single parents are also an excellent option here.
