Bavaria - the largest state
The state of Bavaria is located in the south-east and is the largest state in the Federal Republic of Germany, covering an area of around 70,550 square kilometres. It is also the second most populous state with 13 million people. There are many large cities in which rents continue to rise and shared flats are becoming increasingly practical. This is where it makes sense for single parents to get together and join forces in shared flats. the largest cities are Munich, Nuremberg, Augsburg, Regensburg, Ingoldstadt, Fürth, Würzburg and Erlangen.
